How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to process your order quickly.If you order before 3:00 p.m., we will process your order the same day.Your items will usually reach you within 6 to 10 working days as they come directly from our suppliers.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping to Ireland is FREE and there is no minimum order required.

What if my package doesn't arrive on time?
If there is a delay or your package is lost, contact our customer service immediately at service@paulamccarthy.com. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the matter and ensure you receive your order soon.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact ou customer service immediately. We will try to update the address before shipping your order.If the order is already on the way, we will help you contact the courier to check if redirection is possible.
